Local Experience You Can Rely On
We are based at 4 Forrest Terrace, Otley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS21 3JY and provide locksmith, door and window repair services across Otley and nearby areas.
As an independent local business, our reputation matters to us. Many of the people who contact us are looking for someone nearby who can provide straightforward advice without the experience of dealing with a national call centre.
Our mechanical background is also an important part of the way we work.
A difficult lock is not always caused by the lock itself. A dropped uPVC door, worn hinge, damaged handle or misaligned multi-point mechanism can all create problems that feel like a lock failure.
By assessing the complete mechanism, we can determine what is actually causing the problem before recommending the appropriate repair.
